About The Role

As an Activities Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll deliver imaginative, fun and varied activities to ensure our residents can enjoy an environment that is motivational and fulfilling. You’ll help each individual pursue the interests they most enjoy, having a real impact on their lives. The role involves helping to deliver an entertainment and activities programme that covers a wide range of pastimes, social activities, outings and events; putting simply, you’ll help every resident live as independently as possible and enhance their involvement with family, friends and the local community.

About You

You don’t need any specific experience to join as an Activities Assistant; you could come from any background.
