Activities Coordinator

Job Overview

Are you passionate about working with young people to bring purpose, structure and enjoyment to their day? We are looking for an Activity Coordinator to join the NWAS team and play a key role in enhancing the wellbeing and recovery of our service users. This role is central to creating a positive Ward environment by planning, delivering and encouraging participation in a wide range of meaningful activities that reduce boredom and promote engagement. You will work primarily alongside service users, supporting them through creative, therapeutic and recreational activities, while also becoming an integral member of the wider Ward Team, contributing to holistic, person‑centred care.
