Actuarial Specialist

The Canadian ASSC Group Benefits (GB) Valuation team is responsible for the reserve and capital of the GB segment and provides ongoing support to the business. Thanks to the dynamic nature of GB, there is a regular flow of stimulating initiatives such as inquiry related to the support of clients, reporting of earnings and Basis Change.As part of the GB Valuation team, you will have a lot of developmental opportunities, such as increasing your knowledge of key aspects of group benefits (e.g., products, financial arrangement, IFRS 17, LICAT, etc.) as well as your communication skills.The role involves working closely with the GB’s Valuation and Line Actuaries.
