Our client is seeking an experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join their team in Shropshire. This role involves working within an acute inpatient setting , specifically across medicine, endocrine, respiratory, and renal wards , supporting patients through their recovery and ensuring safe, timely discharges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy interventions across acute medical wards.
- Support discharge planning and ensure effective pathways for patient transitions.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centred care.
- Promote independence and functional recovery for patients with complex medical needs.
Requirements:
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
