Ad Operations Specialist (Programmatic Advertising)
Responsibility: Job Description – The Ad Operations Specialist will be responsible for executing and managing the end‑to‑end lifecycle of advertising campaigns across the Client's proprietary ad platforms. This includes media plan review, trafficking, QA reporting, and optimization for both direct IO and programmatic campaigns. The role demands precision, speed, and proactive communication to ensure campaigns meet the Client's standards for quality, compliance, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and QC media plans, build orders in the Client's proprietary ad server
- Handle creative asset submission and metadata entry
- Trafficking campaigns including tag implementation, targeting setup and frequency capping
- Conduct thorough QA checks pre‑launch and during campaign flight
