Compensation

Compensation is provided on a per-course basis in accordance with Southern University System policy:

• Undergraduate (3-credit course): $2,500 per course
• Graduate (3-credit course): $3,000 per course

Adjustments:

• 1-credit course: 1/3 of applicable rate
• 2-credit course: 2/3 of applicable rate
• 4-credit course: 3-credit rate + 1/3 additional

Mixed teaching (undergraduate + graduate): compensated at the graduate rate
