The Annenberg School of Journalism at the University of Southern California seeks a highly qualified adjunct instructor to teach PR 457: The Role of Celebrity in Public Relations.


This course provides students with an understanding of the history and application of celebrity in public relations, focusing on the entertainment industry and the notoriety attached to politics and the media. Experience in studio PR, publicity, or other entertainment-related jobs preferred. Willingness to adhere to the established class curriculum is required.


Requirements for consideration include a B.A., B.S., M.S., or an M.A. degree in a related field. Previous teaching experience is desirable. For some courses, outstanding professional experience may be substituted for academic credentials.
