Part-Time, Teaching-Track Faculty Positions in Leadership The Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California seeks qualified applicants for part-time, one-semester, in-person positions as Lecturer to join our faculty at the Washington, DC, Capital Campus in Fall 2026.
A Leadership faculty member will teach first semester undergraduate students enrolled in a Leadership class (4 Units). This course examines leadership through social analysis, focusing on how individual and collective actions shape and are shaped by organizations, institutions, and cultural contexts. Students explore leadership theories, styles, and practices within broader economic, political, and cultural systems. The course emphasizes empirical and theoretical social science methods to analyze leadership’s role in social dynamics.
