Opportunity Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage, coordinate and document the project administrative work
- Manage, keep record and update all submission document and liaise with internally project personnel
- Assist in material sourcing and compilation of quotations from various vendors and subcontractors
- Manages, files and updates records including and not limited to catalogue, project documentation
- Coordinate and arrange accommodation, transportation, and visiting tours for company guests
- Assist in organizing company events and social activities
- Support HR functions, including maintaining employee records and assisting in the onboarding process
- Handle ISO application, information updates and renewal
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration and office admin
- Must have experience in a construction company
