KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Organize, file, and maintain documents, records, and reports
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners as needed
- Record daily transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist in preparing financial reports, summaries, and reconciliations
- Monitor expenses, reimbursements, and petty cash
- Support payroll preparation and documentation
- Ensure proper filing of receipts, invoices, and financial documents
