About the role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Service Centre Admin to join our team at Roda Express Auto Sdn Bhd in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our busy service centre, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enhancing the customer experience.
What you'll be doing
Handling customer inquiries and bookings for vehicle servicing and repairs
Scheduling and managing service appointments and technician workloads
Processing work orders, invoices and other administrative paperwork
Maintaining accurate records and databases related to vehicle service history
Coordinating with the parts and logistics teams to ensure the timely availability of required components
Providing exceptional customer service and liaising with clients to address their needs and concerns
Assisting with general office duties such as filing, data entry and answering phone calls
