Admin Assistant Roles & Responsibilities Job PurposeThe Sales Coordinator (Issue Order) is responsible for accurately processing sales orders after deal confirmation, ensuring all documentation, pricing, and internal approvals are in place.
Key Responsibilities Order Processing & Documentation- Issue Sales Orders (SO) upon deal confirmation
- Verify accuracy of sales details including pricing, packages
- Prepare and maintain complete sales documentation, ensure all required approvals are obtained before issuing orders
- Liaise closely with Sales team to clarify deal terms and requirements
- Work with Operations / Delivery teams to ensure order details are correctly handed over
- Maintain proper filing (digital & physical) of sales records and contracts
