Job Duties
  • Organize and maintain personnel records of employees
  • Update internal databases like record sick or maternity leave
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, increment letter and etc
  • Revise and manage company policies
  • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
  • Create regular reports on HR metrics like turnover rates
  • Answer employees’ and employer’s queries about HR-related issues
  • Assist payroll outsourcing department by providing relevant employee information like leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules
  • Apply Work Passes on MyMOM Portal
  • Handling work passes, embassy matters, prepare contracts, and security bond or insurance for maid and helpers
