Opportunity Description

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
Manage office infrastructure, repairs, maintenance, space planning, housekeeping, pantry, utilities, and assets
Handle office seating, access control, attendance systems, parking, and workplace logistics
Manage vendor relationships (security, housekeeping, IT support, facility maintenance, stationery, cafeteria, etc.)
Negotiate contracts, maintain service quality, and ensure cost-efficiency
Procure office supplies, hardware, and inventory with budget adherence
Maintain statutory compliance related to workplace admin (fire safety, insurance, office licenses, AMC contracts, etc.)
Maintain accurate records, agreements, invoices, audits, and official documentation
Prepare and oversee administration budgets, cost analysis, and expense tracking
