Job Summary
Join a consultancy firm as a full-time Admin Assistant supporting general administration, client inquiries, and office coordination in the Yishun/Canberra area. Work Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with a positive and independent work approach.
Responsibilities- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and phone to ensure clear communication and client satisfaction
- Perform general administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing of applications via government portal and support daily office operations
- Coordinate office activities and resources to maintain an organized and efficient work environment
- Use Google Drive, Dropbox, MS Word and Excel to create, update, and manage documents and spreadsheets accurately
- Manage workload independently to meet deadlines and support team needs with reliability and a positive attitude
