Handle daily administrative and clerical duties to support office operations
Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and project documentation
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal operations team on project updates
Maintain proper filing of contracts, reports, permits, and compliance documents
Assist in data entry, record keeping, and updating company databases
Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries professionally
Ensure smooth day-to-day office administration and ad hoc duties assigned by management
PESTIMESH is a pest control / termite barrier company based in Kaki Bukit, so admin work may also involve coordinating field operations and construction/pest-control paperwork.
