Role & Responsibilities
Industrial Relations (IR)
- Maintain healthy and cooperative relations with workers and contractors
- Ensure compliance with labor laws (EOBI, SESSI, minimum wages, working hours, etc.)
- Address grievances professionally and report potential unrest immediately
Administration
- Oversee administrative operations including housekeeping, transport, utilities, canteen, and welfare services
- Manage inventories, assets, and vendor coordination
- Support internal audits, training, and compliance programs
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
- Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety protocols
- Monitor fire safety, emergency equipment, and overall work environment
- Investigate incidents and elevate as required
Security
- Supervise security personnel and ensure a secure workplace
