Opportunity Description
The Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s daily administrative and support operations while implementing efficient administrative processes. You will collaborate with vendors & suppliers to manage and execute a wide range of administrative functions across the organisation.
The Admin Manager will also be responsible for developing, reviewing, and enhancing company policies, systems, and procedures to ensure smooth, effective, and efficient office operations.
Specific Responsibilities- Monitor and enhance the company’s organisational structure and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Facilitate effective communication between the company and clients.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Oversee and continuously improve the company’s daily operations.
