Opportunity Description
Support in all administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and provide general administrative support for Club's finance and other duties as directed.
Responsibilities- Handling slot machines collection and IRAS reports
- Summary of Revenue (daily) from Collection counters
- Liaison between HQ Finance and club on all finance related matters
- Responsible for bank-in and CISCO cash collection.
- Vendors Management
- Management of department’s assets inclusive but not limited to tagging, audit, sightings, disposal, and transfers
- All office administration duties
- Facilitate meetings and minutes taking
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor
- Minimum GCE 'O' level or Diploma, preferably in Business Mgt, Accounting or Hospitality
