What the role is:
This role is part of MHA’s Civilian Generalist career track. Learn more: Provide administrative, finance and logistical support to the fire station which includes liaising with Division HQ. To ensure that the tasks are carried out promptly and efficiently.
What you will be working on:- Effectively and efficiently provide administrative and logistical support to the station.
- Initiate proper personnel administrative system and supervision of the management and maintenance of administrative records, such as dockets, attendance records, leave records, medical leave records and test records.
- Ensure the timely submission of all necessary reports to Division HQ and HQ SCDF (nominations of courses, event updates, etc).
- Oversee the submission of Fire Station’s administrative records, such as meal allowances and claims, AOR, through implementing a routine of checks and audits.
