Opportunity Description
Job Responsibilities
- Support records management activities, including reviewing off-site stored files, stock takes, and maintaining tracking lists.
- Assist with document and records migration tasks, including file extraction and uploads to designated systems.
- Review and update records metadata, retention details, and security classifications.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records information.
- Liaise with internal users on queries and provide status updates.
- Support other ad-hoc records management duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline.
- Preferably at least 2 years of office administration experience.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Comfortable working with data and IT systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
