Title: Admin / Billing & Collection Staff
Department: Property Management
Reports To: Property Manager / Finance Manager
Job Summary
Responsible for billing preparation, monitoring receivables, and ensuring timely collection of payments. Provides administrative support for daily property operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue billing statements (rent, dues, utilities)
- Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and aging
- Follow up on overdue accounts and send SOA
- Ensure timely collection and proper recording of payments
- Prepare collection and AR reports
- Maintain tenant records and billing files
- Assist in lease documentation and coordination with departments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements
