We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves managing financial records, performing bookkeeping tasks, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, proficiency with various accounting software, and experience handling both financial and administrative duties in a professional environment.
Duties
- Maintain company's financial records by recording transactions, reconciling accounts, managing invoices and payments, and processing payroll.
- Prepares domestic and international wire transfer to company vendors.
- Assist tax accountants by preparing required financial information.
- Complete NYS sales tax and Form 5500.
