Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, prioritizing requests, resolving conflicts, and making recommendations.
- Organize and coordinate logistics for company meetings, board meetings, executive meetings, conferences, and events.
- Draft agendas, compile and distribute meeting materials, prepare presentations, and record meeting minutes as needed.
- Work closely with the CEO to keep them informed of upcoming commitments, responsibilities, deadlines, and follow-up items.
- Anticipate the CEO’s needs in advance of meetings, conferences, travel, and other business engagements.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications related to the CEO’s office, including confidential and time-sensitive matters.
