Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations, mail, deliveries, visitors, and meetings
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and filing systems
  • Handle office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility request

  • ERP (e.g., SAP S/4HANA or ECC) — service order management, billing, AR aging.
