**Job Overview**
Immediate Fire Protection Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our administrative operations.
This role is critical in helping manage day-to-day office tasks, scheduling, customer communication, and documentation related to fire protection services.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Schedule inspections, service calls, and technician appointments
- Assist with preparing proposals, reports, and invoices
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, deficiencies, and compliance documents
- Input and update data in company systems (CRM, spreadsheets, reports)
- Coordinate with technicians and office staff to ensure smooth operations
- Follow up with clients regarding service, approvals, and documentation
