Administrative Assistant
BR+A Consulting Engineers is seeking an Administrative Assistant in our Coral Gables, FL office. The candidate will be strongly motivated, well organized, and show professional initiative. The ability to take ownership of assignments and perform well both independently and as part of the project team is also necessary.
Tasks will include:
- Ordering supplies, filing, copying/printing, travel arrangements, support for all office employees, distributing information within the office, and tracking other staff member workflows.
- Creating and processing letters, meeting notes, memorandums, fee proposals, and specifications
- Front desk reception coverage, greeting visitors, and answering the phone.
- Additional administrative support duties as assigned.
Requirements include:
- Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe/blue beam. Prefer experience with Deltek Vision Software.
