Sousa & Company, Inc, a Union Commercial Painting Company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Manage project and vendor files both on cloud and via hard files.
- Data Entry into various systems
- Communicate with Senior Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers on a daily basis to ensure documentation is submitted on schedule.
- Will manage submittal process for all projects within the company.
- Ensure all insurance documentation is kept up on all projects.

- Previous experience in office administration (5+ years)
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
