Opportunity Description
- Preparing of plans, contracts , tenders , Bills of Quantities ( BOQ ) and other documentations
- Performing risk assessments documents
- To perform cost control
- Writing reports
- reparing and submitting invoices , claims etc
- Providing advise and forecasts about costs
- To read / send Email correspondence
- Daily / weekly reports to respective Project managers
- Update summary listing on all works. ( Daily / Weekly )
- To liaise closely with respective site co-ordinators
- To read and understand the Schedule of Rates for respective Contracts / Tenders
- To attend meetings with clients as assigned by Project Manager
