Opportunity Description
You will assist in ensuring the efficiency of daily operations in the polyclinic by providing administrative support in the following areas: Clinic meetings, events and managing of logistics Collaterals & consumables Lost & Found inventory Clinic's assets recording and updating Digital archiving Patient record management Phone/Fax/Email Enquiries
You will also provide support in staff and patient engagement and registration when required, in addition to any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor. Training will be provided for hires with no prior experience. Job Requirements GCE O / N level / NITEC / Higher NITEC with 1 to 3 years of working experience Entry level candidates welcome Meticulous and withn strong administration, coordination and organizational skills Strong communications and interpersonal skills Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast paced and dynamic environment Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Able to commit to 5.5 days' work week
