Roles & Responsibilities
. Daily administration job
. Accounting, tracking of sales and expenses.
. Generating quotations, invoices
. Placing orders or handling general enquiries
. Communicating with Main contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers.
Requirements :
. At least three (3) years of relevant admin experience, preferably in building maintenance/construction company
. Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
. Able to work under fast paced environment with minimum supervision
. Experience in working with construction/building maintenance company will be an added advantage
