Key Responsibilities
- Calendar management for General Manager
- Coordinate meetings, recording of minutes for meetings and follow-up actions
- General administrative support for Property Management Department
- Assist in activities organised for tenants
- Process, manage and track invoices to ensure prompt payment
- Preparation of management reports
- Responsible for general administrative matters including ordering of refreshments etc.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Key Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Property Management or Business Administration
- 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in property management industry preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
