Job Summary
Lead and manage administrative operations in a food manufacturing environment, ensuring accurate record-keeping, inventory forecasting, and effective collaboration with accounts and HR teams to support smooth business functions.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry, filing, scanning, record keeping, and invoice processing to maintain organized administrative records
- Monitor and update employee attendance, overtime, and leave records to ensure accurate workforce tracking
- Oversee weekly production schedules and safety stock requirements to forecast and maintain appropriate inventory levels
- Support accounts tasks including invoicing, payment follow-up, and expense tracking to facilitate financial accuracy
