Summary About the Position: The Kaiserslautern Community Schools are part of the DoWEA Europe Central District. We have five schools to serve military connected students in Prekindergarten (PK) through grade 12. This position is not covered by a bargaining unit. Federal employees in Landstuhl, Germany are currently entitled to receive a 42% Post Allowance (COLA) in addition to the base salary. This percentage is subject to change. Responsibilities Plan, manage, direct, and coordinate budget formulation, analysis, and execution. Coordinate with Headquarters to manage manpower support for the school. Oversee and support civilian personnel actions. Administer the student registration, student attendance, academic records maintenance, tuition status, and other related processes.
