Key Responsibilities
- Play a central role in maintaining clean, structured, and reliable administrative datasets that support internal reporting and operational decision-making.
- Update and maintain spreadsheets and internal databases on a daily basis using GoogleSheets or MicrosoftExcel.
- Review data entries for completeness, formatting consistency, and accuracy.
- Standardize information across records – names, phone numbers, email formats, region identifiers, internal notes.
- Identify duplicate records, obvious errors, inconsistencies, or missing fields.
- Flag incomplete or unclear data for clarification and follow‑up.
- Ensure structured file naming conventions and folder organization.
- Support reporting functions by maintaining reliable and well‑organized datasets.
- Maintain accurate logs of updates made and corrections implemented.
