Opportunity Description
The Department of State Police is seeking an Administrative Services Coordinator who will perform and coordinate a variety of administrative services for the D Troop Commander and staff. The various administrative services include the areas of administration, staffing and operations. Duties of this role include: · Provide technical support and exercises subject matter knowledge within areas such as Blue Team and provides training to new staff members as requested. · Prepare reports, manage records, and monitor activities for the D Troop Commander and their staff as required. · Perform, coordinate, and monitor administrative and operational services (e.g., administrative/clerical, payroll, staffing and/or building operational services) within D Troop to support efficient operations, including, but not limited to, secretarial and clerical duties, such as assigning case numbers to citizen complaints. · Perform other functions such as receiving and compiling overtime information from subst...
