Opportunity Description
Primarily responsible for co-ordinating requests for stationery, pre-printed stationery items, furniture, vehicles related to the department, work orders, meeting rooms, dealing with day-to-day issues with staff catering and cleaning contracts and other requirements received from Internal customers via the departments Helpdesk.
This role also provides administration support to the infrastructure departments & other internal customers, including processing the timesheets, holiday requests, raising P. O's
Also trained to cover main aspects of Document Services Operative Position during absences.
As part of the Infrastructure Division, the assistant is also required to participate in regular audits and Safety Walkabouts, relating to the Support Team and Infrastructure division.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Must be fluent in both English and French
- Have a full UK licence
- Excellent customer service skills
