Opportunity Description

Job Summary:

To provide a wide range of administrative support across three sites - Addlestone, Guildford and Woking. As an Administrator  youwillenhance the smooth running of the Corps and release Corps Officers to focus on delivering mission and provision of pastoral care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a professional, timely and comprehensive admin support service to Corps Officers and Local Officers as needed.Ensure that essential Corps records and systems are maintained and up to date.

The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience of working successfully in a similar administration role within a busy and varied work environment
  • Experience of drafting documents, booking meetings, collecting, and inputting data, managing email inboxes, acknowledging, and responding to general queries, and processing documents
