Position Overview:
The Associate Executive Admin supports daily office operations by handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, coordinating with teams and vendors, and assisting management. Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain office records, files, and documentation (both physical and digital)
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments for smooth operations
Monitor office supplies and ensure timely replenishment
Assist in facility management activities (Peon, housekeeping, AC, Plumbing, Electricity, repairs, etc.)
