About the role
Provide administrative and operational support across the business, ensure coordination between office, workshop, and site teams.
Responsibilities Document control and filing systems. Project and tender administration. Procurement support and supplier coordination. Basic financial administration (quotes & invoices). Team coordination and communication. Training & Development Month 1: Office systems and document control. Month 2: Procurement and tender support. Week 3 onwards: Pricing, quotes, invoicing exposure. Months 3–6: Full admin responsibility and reporting. Systems & Tools Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Shared drives / document systems. Tender portals. Basic accounting tools.
