Job Summary:

Recruitment Administrator will support the Recruitment Supervisor in all administrative aspects of high-volume recruitment and onboarding needs for GG shipboard employment through the entire cycle - from sourcing the most suitable talent, through candidate screening and hiring, to processing through due diligence and onboarding all new hires and rehires - ensuring each holds all relevant valid documentation to join a vessel. S/he will liaise with our hiring partners and potential hires through various avenues of online platforms, ATS, social media and mailbox/es to keep all informed of progress or delays.
