About the role

TheAdministrator Maintenance offers an exceptional opportunity to learn and develop skills related to administration and record-keeping within the Maintenance Department. This role is to recruit for an existing vacancy.

The position will be on an 5/2/4/3 (9.5 – hour day) roster and will be based residentially in Red Lake, Ontario.


We offer a competitive salary, bonus structure and future growth. The compensation range for this role is $71, to $96, CAD.


Key result areas in this role include:

  • Maintain crew schedules and department calendars.

  • Process and close work orders, including filing and scanning documents.

  • Enter and update maintenance and equipment data in Pronto.

  • Manage employee and contractor timesheets and related records.

  • Assist with purchasing, service requests, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
