A National Diploma in Office Management Technology or a Bachelor's Degree in Administration or related qualification. At least two years' experience in administrative support involving secretarial responsibilities in a senior manager's office. Demonstrable capability in preparing reports for high-level meetings and developing material to support the decision-making process. Experience in a higher education environment, as well as working with project management software packages, will be a recommendation. Basic financial skills.
