Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
To assist the Manager of the Geochem Admin Department to effectively overseeing the Administrative functions of the division as well as maintaining customer communication.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Printing and e-mailing of test reportsInvoicing completed work as per agreed ratesAssist department with general administrative tasks (filing, copying, creating customized reporting templates, reconciliations, updating spreadsheets)Assist department with maintaining a current status of outstanding work as well as following up with the lab regarding expected reporting datesAssist Section Manger with contract review and issues of proposalsAssist with and co-ordinate customer enquiries/queries.
