Position Title Admissions Counsellor Function Admissions & Enrolment Reports To Principal Experience Required Minimum 2 years in admissions or education sales Education Any Graduate Individual Target Minimum 50% achievement – 11 admissions per cycle ROLE SUMMARY The Admissions Counsellor will manage the end-to-end admission process for the school, from initial walk-in or telephonic enquiry through to final enrolment, while managing a pipeline of prospects, maintaining CRM hygiene, planning engagement events, and driving conversion targets. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the full admission process from the point of walk-in or telephonic enquiry to final enrolment. Develop and lead a team of two or more Admission Counsellors and supporting ancillary staff.
