Admissions & Applicant Services Lead (Hybrid, Fixed-Term)

Falmouth University is seeking a highly motivated Applicant Services Officer on a fixed term basis to manage all stages of the applicant journey. The role requires working closely with academic colleagues and international agents, ensuring systems support stakeholder needs.

The ideal candidate should have degree-level education and experience in customer service, alongside strong interpersonal and Microsoft Office skills. This is a hybrid full-time position with an end date in September 2027.
