We are seeking dynamic, target-oriented, and enthusiastic Admission Counselors to join our admissions team. The role involves guiding prospective students and parents, managing inquiries, and converting leads into successful admissions. Key Responsibilities
1. Telecalling & Lead Management
Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective students and parents from assigned databases
Handle inbound inquiries via phone calls, Whats App, and email professionally
Conduct cold calling and ensure timely follow-ups on leads
Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM systems
