Admissions Executive

Overview

The Admissions Executive is responsible for all aspects of the Admissions Department at ISP Malaysia – Straits International School, including enquiry management, parent counseling, campus tours, telemarketing, application management, withdrawal process, and data management. The role supports the Campus Principal and reports to the Admissions Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate successful planning and implementation across available channels that result in student enrolments.
• Track and monitor QL to Enrolment conversions via KPI reports on a weekly basis with supporting analysis and action points provided by the Admissions lead.
• Ensure KPI reports are shared internally with all appropriate stakeholders to support a relentless focus on student recruitment and retention.
