Admissions Liaison - Alliant

BayCare Alliant Hospital is an acute long-term facility located in Dunedin, Florida and part of BayCare Health System. The hospital provides a multi-disciplinary, family centered approach to care, focusing on diagnostic, medical treatment, and rehabilitation services for patients with complex medical conditions requiring extended stays.

Responsibilities of the Admissions Liaison-Alliant

• Makes clinical decisions for evaluating and coordinating referrals to the Hospital.
• Implements and follows up on marketing activities to physicians, case managers, social workers, and other referral sources.
• Increases the Hospital's current volume by building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential referral sources.
• May be asked to inform referral sources of other services and programs provided by the hospital.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
