Shape high quality community services as an Adult Clinical Lead supporting adults with complex needs across East Anglia. This opportunity suits an experienced RGN, Community Nurse or Complex Care Nurse looking for greater autonomy, regional exposure and long term progression.
As an Adult Clinical Lead , you will oversee complex adult care packages in the community, working closely with families, case managers and MDTs to deliver safe, outcome focused care. The role combines clinical leadership, governance and service development within a growing nurse led provider.
